I bought this watch to replace an old Fitbit style band and must say this is far superior piece of equipment,in looks and build quality it looks like an ordinary watch but in use it is on a par with any smart watch available. It tracks blood pressure,heart, oxygen, steps,makes phone calls,alerts in fact it is a marvelous watch and I would highly recommend it. Rubbish Constantly crashes, battery life is awful, LIGE website is impossible to access as it has a safety warning and virus issues. Watch does look good and has nice accessories (3 straps) comes in a nice box too, shame it doesn't work!

I have Muscular Dystrophy, essential tremors, sleep apnea and an electrical problem with my heart plus others. For me a health watch is not a toy. I need something that is pretty accurate. Periodically my heart goes into arrhythmia. If I know it is starting to happen I can avoid it. This watch has helped me do that. I have tested well over 20 health watches and none of them were accurate enough for me to feel comfortable with it. This watch and another watch from this company does make me feel comfortable. The only two, so I can and will say in my opinion this is the watch to go for if you are wanting good info about your health. It is not medical grade equipment. However, I have like all the others tested this alongside my expensive medical test equipment. In every instance it has been very close to what my equipment says. Before I go into arrhythmia, my heart slows down and pressure drops. I don’t notice until it is already happening. Three times now my watch has gone off notifying me. I test alongside my cuff and the cuff says 106/74 pulse 57, my watch says 108/75 pulse 57. For blood pressure, etc., it is very close every time. For sleep I wake up three or four times a night. Each time I wake I look at the clock. Next day I check the app for detailed info and it says I woke up at 3:01 a.m. which is what my clock said. So it is measuring my sleep accurately. My pressure, everything lowers in the evening for some reason. Other watches have shown I am asleep after 8pm when in fact I am awake talking, etc. This one never does. So it is a bit more accurate than the rest. Blood oxygen, stress and mood seem to be just as accurate. Because of my heart not pumping correctly there are times when it feels like I am not getting enough air. Check the watch and it is showing 90% instead of 98%. My meter shows 90%. My point is for actual health matters for me this watch is about as close to spot on as you can get. With MD exercise is out of the question. I can barely walk so I haven’t been able to test that. However, 2,318 steps to the grocery store and every time my watch shows 2,300 plus or minus a little. I take that as one day I am taking longer steps, etc. It shows my speed, how long, average step length. It even shows distance on Google maps. It is very impressive. I can only imagine it would be the same caliber of info for the other exercises. As for messages and phone well that is a simple Bluetooth connection. If that is what you are looking for any $30 watch will do. I do like that this watch has a large face that makes it so much easier to read the messages. Not only that, but it looks very stylish. To sum up if you want a very good health tracker watch it is more than worth it to spend $90 on this one and be confident it works.

Le nom de cette belle montre est SML 6 et elle fournie avec deux bracelets dont un en articulé en métal dont on peut retirer des maillons avec l'outil fourni , et un deuxième en silicone motif camouflage. Elle a un boîtier en métal et une tres belle lunette gravée . Son écran tactile est fluide et agréable à utiliser. De nombreux fonds d'écrans sont téléchargeables pour la personnaliser, et on en trouve de très beaux. Mais on peut aussi y mettre ses propres photos et choisir divers paramètres d'affichage, comme par exemple le style du menu. Elle fonctionne aussi bien avec les smartphones Android qu'avec les iPhone. Il suffit de flasher le QR code qui donne accès à l'application qui est GloryFit (mise à jour récente). Il est bien sûr indispensable pour avoir toutes les fonctions, de la connecter en Bluetooth à son smartphone et donner les autorisations. On peut ensuite carrément passer et recevoir des appels téléphoniques et recevoir tous les messages et notifications des différentes messageries et réseaux sociaux. Elle permet donc de suivre et d'enregistrer diverses données physiologiques. Le rythme cardiaque (capteur au poignet), l’oxygène sanguin, le taux de stress, elle enregistre les différentes phases du sommeil. Le volet pratique sportive est pas mal non plus, avec traçage GPS en utilisant celui du smartphone, et elle peut lancer des invitations à se bouger, permet de se fixer des objectifs et décerne des médailles ! C'est un coach connecté si on la laisse faire, bien sûr ! Elle donne la météo est équipée d'un réveil, d'un chrono, d'une torche, d'un minuteur d'un mode permettant de contrôler le lecteur audio du smartphone, elle permet de localiser son smartphone et pas mal d'autres fonctions à découvrir.

For a smartwatch, it isn't very smart. Some of the measurements are quite inaccurate, sometimes even completely wrong. The heart rate monitor for example seems to display an estimate, and then just makes an average. OR, I'm some kind of zombie even when cycling at full speed. Same thing with the calories, I'm thinking it just makes a calculation based on general averages and it displays that. Even if you aren't doing any intense activities. These readings should be considered guesses, rather than anything else. All of that being said, it's still a good price for what is essentially a smaller cell phone. There are several apps included with the watch that are useful, which I would have needed my bulky cell phone for. Of the two wristbands provided, I prefered the metallic one. It wasn't all that difficult to set up with the provided tools and instructions. Unfortunately, it isn't as 'sportsy' as is claimed; the closing mechanism tends to come undone during sports activity like running or cycling. The rubber wristband doesn't have this issue however. Overall, I don't really consider this a smartwatch, but rather a good-looking watch with a couple of useful gadgets at a decent price.
